Carpentry and timber construction for the new build of seven multi-family houses (fire resistance class 3 with 41 residential units) and an underground car park according to DIN 18334, DIN 18335, DIN 18336: timber frame exterior walls F30 approx. 2,700 m²; timber frame interior walls F30 approx. 1,850 m²; cross-laminated timber ceilings spruce / fir F30 underside residential visible quality approx. 3,100 m²; beam in red beech 26x26 cm approx. 170 linear meters; purlin roof with rafter layer on load-bearing interior walls with closed rough-sawn boarding as substructure for metal roofing approx. 2,000 m³; suspended visible timber ceiling solid wood panel spruce / fir approx. 1,450 m²; curtain, open and ventilated facade with white fir board cladding, finely sawn surface, pre-greyed approx. 3,450 m²; privacy screen slat wall glulam approx. 30 m³; glass-fibre reinforced and insulated exposed concrete plinth approx. 360 linear meters. Locksmith works: steel supports, steel substructure and steel railings for balconies (approx. 210 linear meters) and windows (approx. 100 units). Sealing works: foil, liquid plastic sealing and mineral sealing slurries.
