Carpentry and timber construction for a two-story school building as a hybrid structure: building footprint approx. 1,300 m² (of which approx. 135 m² in solid construction); tight building envelope in elementized timber panel construction with interior walls approx. 1,100 m² and exterior walls approx. 1,400 m², including aluminum exterior windows and doors with integrated sun protection and a suspended facade of wooden slats; elementized ceiling construction with visible wooden beams and 2-layer OSB ceiling panel, approx. 1,950 m² for both floors; additional cross-laminated timber ceiling (d= 160 mm), approx. 400 m² for both floors; vapor barrier and 3-layer bitumen membrane roof waterproofing with mineral wool insulation, approx. 1,300 m², including rainwater drains and roof installations such as smoke extractors, roof access hatches, and roof skylights with dimensions 8.60 m x 1.67 m + 7.35 m x 1.67 m; extensive green roof approx. 1,300 m², including gravel strips and maintenance for 4 years; safety-relevant load-retained aluminum roof edge railing, approx. 200 linear meters.
