Carpentry and timber construction works for the new build of a daycare center in wood-hybrid construction: Services include work preparation, workshop and execution planning, site setup, and assembly of the timber construction. Excluded are shell construction works, windows, exterior doors, and other finishing trades. Intensive technical and scheduling coordination with involved trades, especially the shell construction company, must be ensured. Typical service items are: Solid wood wall elements AW01 (REI0+REI30) 609.00 m²; Timber frame walls AW02/suspended ceiling/gable total 45.00 m²; Rafters, roof construction, glued laminated timber total 24.00 m³; Interior roof boarding (3-layer panel) 432.00 m²; Intermediate rafter insulation total 513.77 m²; Roof battens total 517.00 m²; Roof formwork (inch boarding) 497.00 m²; Posts/beams/girders, glued laminated timber total 497.00 m; Exterior wall cladding including glaze, timber boarding 664.00 m²; Timber stair construction total (stringers+steps) 29.00 m³; Fasteners/fittings total 4,384 pcs; Flashing posts, loggia 7.00 pcs. The construction project is the replacement new build of the Maria Patrona Bavariae daycare center in Oberschleißheim, Hofkurat-Diehl-Straße 5, comprising a multi-story main building (approx. 1,066 m² gross floor area, approx. 3,970 m³ gross volume) and a single-story ancillary building (approx. 35 m² gross floor area, approx. 98 m³ gross volume) in wood-hybrid and timber construction with a reinforced concrete foundation. The facility is designed for four kindergarten groups with up to 25 children each (total up to 100 children) and is partly used as an integrative facility; access is barrier-free via a platform lift.
