Additional school transport services for Lappeenranta: The contract period is from 01.01.2027 to 30.06.2029. Transport is primarily arranged using existing public transport connections. If no suitable route or space is available, the City of Lappeenranta will arrange transport for the student using this framework agreement. Individual transport orders are placed by requesting offers from all operators included in the framework agreement, primarily via email, secondarily by phone. The selection is based on the most affordable offer or the operator best meeting the client's needs. Transports take place within the Lappeenranta city area, without fixed routes, and are planned on a case-by-case basis according to transport needs. There are no regular driving days; the estimated maximum annual number of driving days is 188. Required vehicle types include passenger cars (at least 1+4), accessible vehicles (at least 1+8, e.g., wheelchair-ready), minivans (at least 1+8), buses, or other types. Transport times are mainly on school days, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 in the mornings and from 12:00 to 16:00 in the afternoons (with 15:30 to 17:00 for afternoon activities). All qualified operators will be selected as contract suppliers; there is no purchase obligation for the client. Stated quantities are estimates and not binding. The client reserves the right to cancel the procedure if a sufficient number of service providers cannot be secured.
