Two-day Information, Promotion, Networking, and Workshop Conference with Hotel, Catering, Technical, Documentation, and Organizational Services

Organization of a two-day information, promotion, networking, and workshop conference: Day 1 (conference and lecture part until 6:00 PM) for 150-200 people; Day 1 (evening networking part with accommodation from 6:00 PM) for 50-100 people; Day 2 (workshop part) for 50-100 people. The conference is for a minimum of 150 to a maximum of 200 participants in the lecture part and for a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 100 participants with overnight stay on the first day, combined with networking workshops for a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 100 people on the second day. The service includes providing a conference venue, workshop rooms, accommodation, catering, coffee service, technical support, reception service, experts, speakers, moderators, and workshop leaders, online transmission, conference materials, photo and video documentation, accessibility for people with special needs, and all necessary services. The project is co-financed by EU funds (ERDF).
