Delivery and installation of a cyclotron system for the 3rd construction phase of nuclear medicine: Cyclotron building with control room including safety, warning, and monitoring equipment (radioactivity monitoring, fire alarm system, lightning protection, grounding of base plate, interlock system, access restrictions, burglar protection); GE-Cyclotron Mini Trace of the latest design from one supplier with solid target system for the production of Ga-68, Cu-64, Zr-89 (within the scope of radiation protection calculation) as well as C-11, F-18 (without solid target system); solid target system including purification and transport module from the same supplier for coin-shuttle transfer to the double hot cell in the cyclotron bunker (Ga-68, Cu-64, Zr-89); complete piping (1st-3rd construction phase) from cyclotron to hot cells in cyclotron bunker, diagnostics, therapy (2nd construction phase) and research (1st construction phase), metal-free transfer and distribution of radiometals, revisable pipes; transfer system for radiometals from the cyclotron to the hot cells of radiopharmacy and research area, as well as capillary and pump system after dissolution of the coins; hot cell for purification (3rd construction phase) as a double cell, at least 100 mm lead-shielded, with acid-resistant coating and waste concept for disposable cassettes and liquid waste; table with lead shielding in the cyclotron bunker; compaction system (3rd construction phase) designed for 5 hot cells; decay boxes for storage (lead cabinet); hot cell for research (installation and connection in BA 1) with acid-resistant coating, connection to cyclotron, suitable for further nuclides, equipment in consultation with user, with synthesis module Fastlab2, including piping/connection (Trasis model as planning object, user prefers Tema); Karl100 (mobile device); quality control (QC) addition of a laboratory fume hood (2nd construction phase), HPLC or IC for FDG analysis (2nd construction phase) and a gamma spectrometer (2nd construction phase); consumables for the first half year, including consultation days for preparation of regular operation/procurement lists; GE remote system/client station with 3 PCs (1 diagnostics, 1 therapy, 1 unclassified area); synthesis module Fastlab2 including HPLC module for F18 purification for diagnostics cell; connection of all delivery components to existing data management (PETra, LabLogic); qualification (IQ and OQ) for qualification-relevant delivery components, PQ upon client request at daily rate; all necessary IT in coordination with user and IT of MUL-CT; user training for up to 5 persons over 3 days; service training for up to 5 persons over 2 weeks.
