Construction works for the landscaping of the schoolyard, the construction of sports fields, and a garden gazebo at the Technological School "Electronic Systems": Earthworks and foundations include the removal of 3,205.70 m² of asphalt pavement and 2,325.00 m³ of earth excavation. For pavements and screeds, the delivery and laying of 968.00 m² of artificial turf, 19.36 m³ of rubber granulate (2 cm), 9.68 m³ of quartz sand (1 cm), 968.00 m² of geotextile membrane (2 mm), 242.00 m³ of crushed stone (25 cm), and 96.80 m³ of crushed stone (10 cm) are planned. Shock-absorbing pavements include the delivery and laying of 613.80 m² of blue and 663.20 m² of yellow rubber pavement (incl. epoxy bonding primer), 1,277.00 m² of troweled concrete pavement (10 cm), 1,277.00 m² of polyethylene film, and 255.40 m³ of compacted crushed stone (20 cm). Pedestrian asphalt pavements (according to Detail 1) consist of 59.20 m³ of dense and 59.20 m³ of non-dense asphalt concrete (each 4 cm) and 118.40 m³ of bituminous crushed stone (8 cm). Paved pavements for new pedestrian paths around the building include 379.40 m² of concrete sidewalk slabs, 11.38 m³ of cement-sand mortar, 37.94 m³ of sand/gravel (0<d<10mm), and 75.88 m³ of compacted crushed stone. Paved pavements for new pedestrian paths in the park area (sub-layers according to Detail 6) include 270.80 m² of concrete pavers for outdoor use, 13.54 m³ of sand bed (5 cm), 27.08 m³ of upper compacted load-bearing base of crushed stone (10 cm), and 54.16 m³ of lower compacted load-bearing base of crushed stone (20 cm). Pavement for vehicle traffic (418 m²) includes 16.72 m³ of dense and 16.72 m³ of non-dense asphalt concrete (each 4 cm), 175.56 m³ of compacted crushed stone (42 cm), and 41.80 m³ of bituminous crushed stone (10 cm). Park elements include the delivery and installation of 3.00 outdoor seating gazebos, 3.00 flagpoles, 1.00 seasonal courtyard gazebo for educational activities, 114.00 bicycle racks, 12.00 standard waste bins, and 1.00 drinking water fountain. Sports facilities include the delivery and installation of 1,035.00 m² of specialized fencing system for sports fields, the renovation/reconstruction/replacement of 1.00 existing fence along property boundaries, 5.00 single-leaf fence gates, 2.00 volleyball net stands with net, 2.00 basketball hoops, and 2.00 football goals with net, as well as 2.00 outdoor fitness equipment. Structural works include 52.00 m³ of blinding concrete B15, 155.00 m³ of concrete C 30/37 FX4, 1,030.00 m² of formwork, and 14,280.50 kg of reinforcement works for fences, sports fields, and individual foundations. For the wooden structure of the seasonal garden gazebo, the delivery and installation of 3.15 m³ of wooden beams 20/25, 1.15 m³ of wooden beams 20/20, 1.20 m³ of wooden beams 8/12, 20.00 threaded rods ф12 x 250, 168.00 kg of 2UPN 220, 165.00 kg of plates, and 17.00 kg of L 100x100x8 are planned. Plumbing works for the courtyard water supply network include 50.00 m³ of machine excavation in earth soil, 3.30 m³ of manual excavation, 10.80 m³ of earth transport, 3.30 m³ of sand for bedding, 7.50 m³ of sand for pipe backfilling, 42.50 m³ of backfilling with excavated material, and 42.50 m³ of layer-by-layer compaction. The installation includes the delivery and installation of 33.00 m of PEHD pipe Ø25mm PN10 (incl. fittings), 1.00 irrigation water tank (V=30 m³), 1.00 valve 3/4", connection to the existing drinking water installation, 33.00 m of signal tape, disinfection and testing of 33.00 m of water pipeline. For the rainwater sewerage, 881.00 m³ of machine excavation in earth soil, 29.00 m³ of manual excavation, and 254.00 m³ of earth transport are foreseen, further items as per the tender documents.
