Engineering services and construction works for the interior renovation and installations in Dormitory Block 2, Entrance B, NPG KTS Pravets: The building is a large-panel reinforced concrete structure with a built-up area of 1,319 m² and a gross floor area of 4,801 m². Services include the replacement of existing wooden windows with new PVC five-chamber windows with low-emissivity glass (K<1.4 W/m²K), replacement of the heating installation, restoration of lighting, replacement of vertical and horizontal plumbing installations, replacement of electrical installations and distribution boards, interior renovation of rooms, hallways, foyers, corridors, staircases, and service rooms including sanitary areas (plastering, tiles, latex paint, suspended grid ceilings, laminate, delivery and installation of sanitary equipment), installation of a fire alarm system with an audible signal on each floor, and the construction of an internet and access control installation. Additionally, design services are required, including an architectural survey and the preparation of designs for architecture, structural engineering, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, fire alarm and fire protection concepts, waste management and safety plans, and cost estimates. The deadline for the investment project is up to 50 calendar days, and for the construction and installation works up to 150 calendar days. Author's supervision is required from the start of construction until completion. Warranty periods are according to Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003.
