Insurance of Movable and Immovable Property for DP RAO

Insurance of movable and immovable property: owned by DP RAO or provided for its management. The insured value is based on the accounting values of fixed assets as of June 1, 2026, excluding vehicles with state registration numbers insured for 'Casco' risk, land, forests, and perennial crops. The total reported value of assets is 91,120,811.57 Euro, with a possible increase or decrease of up to 20% during contract execution. Property types include: buildings, machinery, facilities, equipment, other fixed assets and business inventory, and transport vehicles. Covered risks are: fire (including consequences of extinguishing), explosions, implosion, lightning (including thunderstorms), collision or fall of flying objects, natural disasters (storm, hail, heavy rain, flood, damage from natural accumulation of snow/ice, freezing, falling trees/branches, landslides/rockfalls, groundwater damage), earthquake, wetting due to burst pipes, malicious acts by third parties (arson, blasting, vandalism including burglary, malicious explosion/arson), loss or damage to the insured object during transport (according to Institute Cargo Clause 'A' – 1/1/82), impact by a transport vehicle, accidental events during loading, unloading, and handling of goods, theft by burglary or robbery (including attempted theft), and necessary expenses incurred by DP RAO to limit damages from an insured event. The insurance must cover all risks at the full insured value for each property, without limits or sub-limits of liability, and without deductibles for the client; reinsurance is not required.
