Supply of net active electrical energy and balancing group coordination for DP RAO facilities

Supply of net active electrical energy: low and medium voltage, performance of duties as a balancing group coordinator, including the administration of legally defined fees, network services, and excise duty. The estimated total volume for the supply of net active electrical energy for the contract period is 850,000 MWh, based on the consumption of the last 12 months. Delivery must comply with the Energy Act (ЗЕ) and other relevant regulations, including the ordinances to the ЗЕ, the Rules for Electricity Trading (ПТЕЕ), and the Rules for Measuring Electricity Quantity (ПИКЕЕ). The contract will be concluded as a combined service in accordance with Art. 11, para. 10 and Art. 20 of the ПТЕЕ.
