Preparation and delivery of food for children's and social institutions in Haskovo Municipality: daily four-meal regime (morning snack, lunch, two supplementary snacks – before and after lunch) for children aged 1 to 7 years in 11 kindergartens (DGs No. 1, 3, 11, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, Art Kindergarten); preparation of lunch menus for children aged 6 months to 3 years in 6 children's milk kitchens (DGs No. 1, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22); three-meal regime (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for residents of homes for the elderly (“Kenana”), homes for adults with sensory impairments, and family-type accommodation centers for adults with mental disorders (Bolyarovo); three-meal regime (morning snack, lunch, dinner on request) for the emergency reception at COP-Haskovo; three-meal regime (breakfast, lunch, afternoon supplementary snack) for day centers supporting children with disabilities and their families; two-meal regime (lunch or lunch and dinner, delivered together at lunchtime) for users of home social patronage; afternoon snack ordered as needed for individuals in residential social services. Food must be prepared according to Ordinances No. 1 (02.02.2018), No. 2 (07.03.2013), No. 6 (10.08.2011), and No. 2 (20.01.2021), and Art. 26 of the Food Law, in a registered facility, based on preliminary orders for portion count, and must meet European and national safety and quality requirements. Each food batch requires documentation proving origin, conformity, and safety. Estimated daily quantities: approx. 2,734 children in kindergartens (at 100% attendance, annual average), approx. 170 coupons per day for milk kitchens, approx. 489 users in social institutions. further items as per the tender documents.
