1.5 Tesla MRI System

Delivery, introduction, installation, commissioning, user training, and technical acceptance of a 1.5 Tesla MRI system according to EN 60601-2-33. The system must feature a magnet with a helium filling of less than 10 liters without a quench pipe, gradients of at least 76 mT/m, a slew rate of at least 346 T/m/s, at least 48 reception channels, and fully available DICOM interfaces. Evaluation is based on technical minimum requirements and a point system for criteria such as tunnel length (e.g., at least 170 cm for 20 points) and simultaneous gradient performance. Award criteria weigh the degree of fulfillment according to the service specification at 60 % and the price at 40 %. The price component is divided into 10 % for the compact, high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging system (including accessories, delivery, introduction, installation, and commissioning), 20 % for an 8-year full-service maintenance contract (including repair, all spare parts, special parts, magnet protection, injector, and warranty period), and 10 % for conversion costs.
