Auditing services for financial statements 2027-2031

Auditing of financial statements for Universitätsklinikum Essen: includes the consolidated and individual financial statements of UK Essen, as well as the financial statements of subsidiaries and sub-subsidiaries, and the preparation of attestations and certificates. Maximum duration of five years (three years base term, option for two years extension). Evaluation is based 50% on offer price and 50% on concept. The concept is assessed using seven criteria, including comparability of reference projects, experience with maximum care providers, HGB and consolidated financial statement audits, references of audit leaders, industry experience of the core team (IT, IKS, ESG), and methodology and digital audit processes.
