Delivery of medicinal products: Procurement of medicinal products included in Annex No. 2 of the Positive List of Medicinal Products (PLS) for "Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven" AD Hospital in Sliven. Procurement is conducted via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with a duration of 48 months. Individual contracts within the DPS have a term of up to 24 months. Delivery is to the Hospital Pharmacy of MBAL "Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven" AD, Sliven, Hristo Botev Blvd. No. 1. The quantities specified in the technical specification are estimated and subject to change; actual execution is based on real delivered quantities within the financial resources. The tender is divided into nomenclatures (items), for which offers can be submitted for one, several, or all. The DPS involves two stages: Stage 1 is the qualification of suppliers by submitting applications for participation (first deadline: 23.11.2026, review within 10 working days). Applications can also be submitted after the initial deadline and are reviewed twice a month (on the 1st and 15th) or every two weeks. Stage 2 is the submission of offers for specific invitations to qualified suppliers.
