Patterno GmbH does not send unsolicited commercial email and does not permit anyone to advertise patterno.de or any of its subdomains (such as hit.patterno.de) using unsolicited messages. This applies to Patterno GmbH, its employees, partners, affiliates and any third party acting on its behalf.

Email from the Patterno platform is sent only to registered users, for account purposes (email verification, password reset, invitations from the user's own organization) and for notifications the user has set up in their own account. Newsletters and tender alerts requested through our website are sent only after confirmed consent (double opt-in). Every notification contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

We do not purchase, rent or harvest email addresses.

Please report any violation of this policy to info@patterno.de. We investigate every report and immediately stop the mailing in question. Where applicable, we end the cooperation with the responsible partner.
