A hire contract and service provision agreement will be signed with one tenderer. The contractor procures, owns, and provides the necessary premises at Askøy and assumes total responsibility for the design, engineering design, building, renting out, administration, operation, and maintenance of the nursing home. The competition is reserved for non-profit organisations.
