The CISPA plans, within the scope of an open procedure, the procurement, implementation, migration, and operation of a web-based research information system (CRIS) as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The service will be awarded as a fully operational overall service including hosting, operation, maintenance, and further development. Core interfaces include Identity Management (SSO via SAML), HR data feed (FTP import), the research data repository Figshare (REST API, incl. DOI logic), a public profile system (Discovery Module), and public dissemination to the website. The scope includes approx. 700 to 800 active users (scalable to at least 1,000), a stock of approx. 5,000 to 6,000 publications, and 5 productive integrations. The contract duration is 24 months after successful go-live with a unilateral extension option by the contracting authority of 2 x 12 months (maximum duration 48 months).
