General contractor services for the creation of a shared work environment (YTY) for 15 + 2 state clients in Seinäjoki: The project covers areas of building A and partly B. A new shared customer service point (Suomi-piste) will be located on the first floor, and a conference center on the second floor. Shared workspaces are situated on floors 2–4. The basement includes social, storage, cleaning, and field equipment rooms. The total project area is approximately 5,930 htm². Office spaces are designed to utilize existing facilities where possible. Required are building services modifications to ventilation, water, and sewage systems, new electrical and IT technology, and the supplementation of existing systems such as security technology and access control. The renovation works will be carried out in 4 phases, with completed spaces being furnished and equipped between each phase. Four user organizations will remain in the premises throughout the renovation, moving between areas. The other wing of the building is in use 24/7, so user and building systems must operate without interruption throughout the project.
