Consultancy services for an architect-led integrated multi-disciplinary design team for public realm, landscape, and building upgrade projects in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary: Establishment of a single-party framework agreement for the following services: Architectural services for public realm, conservation architectural services, landscape architectural services, civil and structural engineering services, quantity surveying services, project management services, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services, Employer’s Representative services, public liaison and stakeholder engagement services, mechanical and electrical engineering services, planning services, archaeological services, fire engineering services. The procedure is restricted; the five highest-scoring applicants will be invited to tender. The initial contract includes the further development and delivery of public realm projects in Clonmel, including streetscape and public realm upgrades, and design development and planning for a protected structure. The architect acts as lead consultant, coordinating the multi-disciplinary design team. Projects are anticipated to be funded by the Towns and Cities Regeneration Investment Fund (TCRIF) and/or other available funding programmes.
