Demolition, Lead Removal, and Structural Works for the 6th Floor of CEB Premises

Demolition, lead removal, and structural works: General gutting of equipment, networks, and apparatus; preliminary lead removal and asbestos abatement works; demolition of partitions, wall surfaces, a significant part of the attic floor, and floors. Provision of lead removal teams to support structural reinforcement operations. This includes dimensioning studies for structures and temporary shoring; demolition of load-bearing walls and for creating a stairwell opening; reinforcement under the attic floor and at openings in load-bearing walls; installation of shoring during temporary phases; reinforcement and/or repair of lintels at load-bearing walls; construction of concrete beams and massifs; construction of metal trimmers at light wells to be created.
