Application Management Services (AMS/TMA) for the RUN phase of CEB's SAP S/4HANA solution and associated components: operation and maintenance of in-scope applications, interfaces, and environments. Services include incident, service request, and problem management, integration issues, corrective maintenance, enhancements within agreed thresholds, and delivery of evolutions/mini projects (major enhancements and releases) through an agreed change process. Ensuring service continuity, restoring service within agreed service levels, and providing governance, reporting, and transition/reversibility activities for controlled and sustainable RUN operations. Compliance with a quality control process, consideration of a CSR approach, proposals for optimization strategies, and cost transparency.
