Demolition, Scaffolding, and Extended Shell Construction for Multi-Family Houses

Demolition, scaffolding, and extended shell construction work: Site preparation including 2 construction site crossings (approx. 2x10m), 2 construction site crossings (approx. 2x5m), installation, maintenance, and removal of approx. 4,800m² construction road, felling of approx. 10 trees (diameter approx. 20-80cm), demolition and disposal of 680m² slab paving. Demolition and gutting work includes the demolition of 64 balcony systems including cutting, 64 balcony balustrades, approx. 3,400m² calcium silicate and aerated concrete masonry, approx. 16,500m² wall plaster and approx. 800m² ceiling plaster, removal and disposal of approx. 3,700m² wallpaper, removal and disposal of approx. 1,100 window and door elements, demolition and disposal of approx. 800m chimneys, approx. 1,900m installation shafts, and approx. 140m³ heating house. Hazardous material remediation involves the demolition and disposal of approx. 6,650m² floor coverings and tiles including grinding and residual fiber binding, removal and disposal of approx. 6,650m² screed with artificial mineral fiber (KMF) impact sound insulation, demolition and disposal of approx. 1,500m asbestos piping and asbestos shafts, and approx. 3,000m supply and disposal lines (wastewater, heating). Scaffolding work includes the planning, delivery, erection, maintenance, upkeep, and dismantling of a free-standing facade scaffold without anchoring to the building (facade made of prefabricated, insulated timber constructions with plaster), with approx. 3,200m side protection and approx. 3,200m consoles. Extended shell construction work includes site setup with approx. 400m construction fence including gates, a sanitary container, 1 first-aid container, and 1 construction management/meeting container. Earthworks comprise approx. 800m³ excavation pit including disposal and backfilling for individual foundations and basement waterproofing, demolition of approx. 460m existing drainage, and installation of approx. 460m new drainage. Waterproofing work includes approx. 1,150m² basement exterior wall waterproofing as mineral slurry and approx. 510m² perimeter insulation and plinth plaster. Concrete work involves the creation of individual and strip foundations with approx. 200m² formwork, approx. 30m³ in-situ concrete, and 2 tons of reinforcing steel. Masonry work includes the creation and enlargement of approx. 250 window and door openings, the closing of approx. 100 former door and window openings, and the delivery and installation of approx. 150 plastic basement windows. Additionally, concrete repair measures and crack remediation are planned.
