Serial renovation: approx. 5,150 m² of curtain-type, insulated external wall modules in timber frame construction, of which approx. 4,000 m² are clad with cement-bound lightweight concrete panels and approx. 1,150 m² with gypsum fiberboards; approx. 3,400 m² mineral facade plaster, 2-layer; approx. 500 m² ventilated facade cladding made of HPL panels; approx. 600 m³ blown-in cellulose fiber insulation; approx. 500 units of plastic windows and balcony elements with individual sizes from approx. 1.42/1.54 m to 2.979/2.505 m; approx. 20 m² ETICS in the gable; approx. 200 units of HEA100 steel beams, length 1.30 m as support for the timber frame modules; further items as per the tender documents.
