Demolition, gable securing, and open space design: 3,000 m³ demolition and material collection from the building An der Friedensbrücke 2, securing of 20 m of the neighboring building's sewage pipe and integration into the backfill of old cellar voids, disposal of demolition materials, removal and collection of 75 m² natural stone paving/slab surfacing of various sizes. Gable securing includes chipping off and disposing of 105 m² plaster on the exterior gable wall, cleaning the masonry, 295 m² bonding coat of semi-covering spatterdash, and 190 m² two-layer, minimum bound top coat for pillars. Open space works involve the demolition of 185 m² concrete grid paver surfacing and installation of grass pavers, backfilling and compacting 110 m³ of working space, demolition and installation of 285 m² gravel sub-base for pedestrian/cycle paths and parking areas, installation of 70 m of curbs (partially granite, partially concrete), installation of 75 m² natural stone granite paving of various sizes, and delivery, application, and fine grading of 205 m² sieved topsoil for lawn areas and seeding. Execution period: October 5, 2026, to December 18, 2026. Setup of site facilities and scaffolding: September 14, 2026, to September 25, 2026, dismantling approx. 45th/46th calendar week 2026. Award criterion is the lowest price. Required qualification proofs include certification as a waste management specialist or waste-related transport permit with acceptance declarations, proof of participation in the electronic verification procedure for hazardous waste, expertise certificates according to TRGS 519 and 521, and waste disposal documentation.
