Joinery dismantling of built-in elements: extensive damage-free dismantling work in the listed building, intended for reinstallation. Mapping, protection, packaging, and transport of the dismantled parts are required. Deployment of qualified personnel with expertise for listed existing buildings. Includes the dismantling, mapping, transport, and storage of 150 elements of representative wooden claddings in front of window niches, 150 elements of technically sophisticated internal full-glass window doors and aluminum sails, and 15 elements of glass and wood interior doors. Additionally, the dismantling of 150 elements of sun protection and blackout systems. Execution begins 12 working days after receipt of the order letter, execution ends 96 working days thereafter, plus binding individual deadlines.
