Demolition, Special Civil Engineering, Concrete, and Masonry Works for Listed Buildings

Demolition works on static structures in two listed existing buildings: partial areas of floor slabs and ceilings, masonry and reinforced concrete walls, reinforced concrete staircases. Demolition is partly carried out with ultra-high pressure water jets. Creation of breakthroughs and core drillings. Special civil engineering works include jet grouting of soles under a waterproof base plate for the new construction of an elevator pit and a pump shaft. Concrete and reinforced concrete works involve reinforced concrete walls for stairwells and elevator shafts, as well as reinforced concrete staircases. Masonry works include masonry walls, partly as fair-faced masonry.
