Demolition and Shell Construction Works for New Heating Plant, JVA Ravensburg

Demolition, earthworks, and shell construction works for the new construction of a heating plant on the premises of the Justizvollzugsanstalt Ravensburg as part of the conversion and expansion of the electricity and heat supply. Services include demolition of existing concrete structures and outdoor facilities (roads, edgings, shafts, gutters); site setup (containers, construction fence etc.), approx. 300 m construction fence; earthworks (topsoil removal, excavation etc.) for the building pit (approx. 2,500 m³ excavation) and probe fields; building pit shoring (partial areas); construction road/gravel excavation for probe fields (approx. 1,500 m² construction road area for probe fields); reinforced concrete construction works for the new solid reinforced concrete building (approx. 1,500 m² reinforced concrete floor slab, approx. 750 m² concrete walls, approx. 650 m² concrete ceilings/roof, approx. 20 t reinforcing steel); maintenance/insertion openings in facade and roof; an underground reinforced concrete installation channel from the new building to the old building; steel installation parts; an insulated and ventilated exposed precast concrete facade (approx. 1,000 m² facade area); and scaffolding works (facade scaffolding with approx. 1,500 m² scaffolding area). Requirements of the Joint Administrative Regulation on External Personnel Screening of 25.07.2017 (GABl. 2017, page 453) must be met.
