Conversion and Expansion of Heating Supply, New Heating Plant for JVA Ravensburg
Installation and assembly work in technical plant construction: Relocation of existing gas, water, and district heating lines to clear the construction site before shell construction. After completion of the building shell, the following services are to be provided in the heating, ventilation, and sanitary areas: minor installations and relocation of the gas and water pipeline route (KG 410); installation of two brine/water heat pumps (total output 900 kW), two wood chip boilers (total output 2,500 kW), two chimneys (total height 18 m) with exhaust gas routing, one wall-mounted slewing crane for the boiler house, conveying technology for the wood chip boilers, two buffer storage tanks (total capacity 70 m³), two recooling units (total output 1,000 kW), and three air/water heat pumps (total output 50 kW) for building cooling; conversion work in the existing heating plant of the building and new setup of heat distribution (KG 420); installation of an explosion-proof fan and minor installations (KG 430). The services relate to plant construction within the building, including installation of the pipeline route via an underground connecting passage to the existing heating plant of building J. The creation of the three geothermal probe fields with a total of 77 geothermal boreholes will be tendered separately; the interface is the building entry. Requirements of the Common Administrative Regulation on External Personnel Review of 25.07.2017 must be met for execution. Additionally, the award of maintenance services is planned.
