Demolition works for the renovation and expansion of the listed main administration building of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen at Städelstraße 28 in Frankfurt am Main: The building complex, consisting of three sections (main building, intermediate building, and river-side building), must be completely decontaminated from hazardous substances and fully gutted to achieve a shell-like condition. This includes the removal of all technical installations (sanitary, heating, ventilation, elevators, high and low voltage systems), the partial removal of non-load-bearing interior walls, and the complete removal of roof, terrace, and balcony superstructures, including subsequent installation of emergency drainage and sealing (excluding the roof above the 9th floor). Additionally, 5 canopies are to be partially or fully removed down to their supporting structure.
