Construction logistics for the renovation and modernization of a listed building complex (main building, connecting building, and main wing) with an approximate site area of 10,450 m² and approximately 15,300 m² of gross floor area to be converted: traffic control and access management, provision, operation, and maintenance of site media supply, provision, operation, and management of site facilities including container systems, planning, coordination, and operation of crane logistics, organization and execution of disposal logistics, implementation and coordination of site safety measures, and further construction logistics services defined in the construction logistics manual and tender documents.
