Demolition works for the Pharmacology and Microbiology buildings on the University Hospital Cologne premises: Clearing of vegetated areas up to approx. 500 cm growth height, hedges, woody plants, shrubs, and trees (trunk diameter up to approx. 90 cm, approx. 20 m height, approx. 25 m crown diameter) including loading and disposal; hazardous substance remediation of KMF, asbestos, PCB, PAH according to applicable legal regulations and standards; above-ground demolition with gutting, removal of the ground floor slab, partial removal of basement exterior walls 1st basement level and basement slabs 1st and 2nd basement levels; professional backfilling of existing basements to create a driving level for the piling rig; transport and disposal of all arising waste and construction materials.
