Waste Disposal for Starachowice Municipality and Municipal Waste Collection Point

Waste disposal for Starachowice Municipality: Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties; provision of containers for selective waste collection in multi-family buildings; provision of bags for selectively collected waste and bio-waste containers for owners of single-family and multi-family residential properties. The offer must include the specified waste processing facilities as per Annex 13 of the tender documents. Personnel operating municipal vehicles must be employed under an employment contract according to Art. 22 § 1 of the Labour Code. Prior to contract signing, documentation is required for: registration in the regulated activities register (RDR), registration for collecting WEEE, BDO registration, waste collection and processing permits, waste transport permit or corresponding registration, agreements with facilities for processing, recovery, disposal, and landfilling of municipal waste, and civil liability insurance of at least 2,000,000.00 PLN for the contract duration.
