Waste Collection and Management for Residential Properties in Bytom
Waste collection and management: Collection and disposal of municipal waste from residential properties within the administrative boundaries of Bytom, provision of containers or bags for waste collection, and their sanitary, orderly, and technical maintenance. Bidders must specify the intended processing facilities. Additional orders according to Art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law are possible up to 50% of the basic contract value. An option for service extension according to Art. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law is foreseen up to 50% of the basic contract value, further items as per the tender documents.
