The equipment must meet the minimum requirements of the technical description. All costs related to official markings, placing into service, and transfer must be included in the purchase price. References to specific brands or types are for clear definition only; "or equivalent" is to be understood, with proof of equivalence being the bidder's task. The Duna-Vértes Köze Regional Waste Management Association is exempt from duties and fees; further items as per the tender documents.
