Subscription for Eclipse Online Catalog: Continuation of a subscription for a web-based library information system that provides public online access to bibliographic records of the library collection, visualization of availability, management of user profiles, and data exchange with external information systems (including EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS)). The system includes modules for a public electronic catalog (OPAC), bibliographic records, copies and availability, thematic collections, "Recently Added", bibliographic citation generation and export, quick and advanced search, metadata exchange and export, integration with external systems, and an administrative reports module. Functionalities include quick and advanced search by various bibliographic criteria, sorting and filtering results, visualization of full bibliographic records and item information (location, call number, inventory number, status), handling various document types, displaying recently added records, organizing content into collections, generating bibliographic citations, and access via standard internet browsers. The catalog stores, processes, and visualizes structured bibliographic data for the library collection, supports search by bibliographic and inventory indicators, advanced search, and user profiles for personalized services linked to the Microsoft 365 environment. Export and exchange of bibliographic records and inventory information occur via standardized formats and protocols. The public interface provides web access for students, faculty, PhD students, staff, and external users, with secure access to administrative functions and differentiated user rights. Support includes system operation, technical service, and assistance with integrations and data exchange. The contract duration is one year, starting on 26.11.2026. Provision of the library software must occur within 24 hours of contract commencement. The subscription service is provided online daily. Payment is a one-time sum within 30 days after contract commencement, signing of the handover protocol for software provision, and submission of the original invoice.
