Subscription and maintenance service for Dräger medical equipment: includes spare parts, preventive kits, and periodically replaced parts according to manufacturer specifications and maintenance plan. Repair parts are included in the subscription contract and will be installed as needed after diagnosis or during maintenance/inspection without additional cost. Costs for diagnostics, repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and training for new personnel or other requested visits are included in the subscription price. The warranty for installed spare parts is 12 months (unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer), and for repaired assemblies or parts, 6 months from the date of return to the client. Planned annual activities include one inspection and one preventive maintenance with preventive parts and kits, with subsequent provision of protocols. Unplanned activities such as diagnostics, repairs, training, and other visits are conducted as needed or requested, with no limit on the number of requests. Bidders must provide a manufacturer's declaration or certificate confirming access to the specialized service module ServiceConnectDesktop, which is used for diagnosis and testing of equipment, access to validated software versions, status reports, real-time parameter analysis, a software installation console, a catalog of new spare parts, and access to the latest service documentation.
