Discount agreement for the active ingredient Fampridine (ATC N07XX07) in pack sizes of 14 pieces and 112 pieces: Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies under equal conditions, with a term from 01.11.2026 to 31.10.2028 and an extension option of 1x12 months. The contract automatically terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract. To join, an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and discounts, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (medicines with the active ingredient must be listed, Annex 2 as an Excel file) must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de. For joining by 01.11.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month; later joining on the 1st or 15th of the following month requires submission by the 5th of the preceding month.
