Rebate agreements for blood glucose test strips: Conclusion of non-exclusive contracts according to § 130a Abs. 8 in conjunction with § 31 Abs. 1 SGB V via an Open-House procedure. Uniform conditions apply without individual negotiations or exclusivity. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.01.2026 and ending no later than 31.12.2027, with an extension option of 1 x 24 months. Access is possible at any time within the contract term.
