Rebate agreement for the active ingredient Cinacalcet (standard size N3, ATC H05BX01): Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies. The contract period begins on 01.11.2026 and ends on 31.10.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. The agreement allows any pharmaceutical company to join under the same conditions during the contract term. Required documents include a letter of offer, acknowledgment of the contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 to the contract, with Annex 2 to be submitted as an Excel file. Documents must be sent via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.11.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries are possible at any time, with documents to be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month for an entry on the 1st or 15th of the following month.
