Non-exclusive rebate agreement according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for the active ingredient Thalidomide (ATC L04AX02): Conclusion of a framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies at any time and under the same conditions. The contract period starts on 01.11.2026 and ends on 31.10.2028, with an extension option of 1x12 months. For contract conclusion or later accession, an offer letter, acceptance of DAK-Gesundheit's contractual terms and rebates, and completed Annexes 1 and 2 (listing medicines to be included) must be submitted via email to openhouse@dak.de, with Annex 2 to be sent as an Excel file. For a contract start on 01.11.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later accessions effective on the 1st or 15th of the following month require document submission by the 5th of the preceding month, further items as per the tender documents.
