Discount Agreement for the Active Ingredient Capsaicin

Notice title: Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Capsaicin, ATC N01BX04 für die Zeit 01.09.2026 - 31.08.2028 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate)

Discount agreement for the active ingredient Capsaicin (ATC N01BX04): non-exclusive framework agreement for pharmaceutical companies, allowing entry at any time under identical conditions. Contract duration from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028, with one extension option of 1x12 months. Required documents: offer letter, acceptance of contractual terms and discounts, completed Annexes 1 and 2 (listing medicines containing Capsaicin, Annex 2 as an Excel file). Submission via email to openhouse@dak.de. For a contract start on 01.09.2026, documents must be submitted by the 5th of the preceding month. Later entries on the 1st or 15th of the following month require document submission by the 5th of the preceding month. This procedure is not subject to cartel procurement law and terminates upon the entry into force of an exclusive contract for Capsaicin; further items as per the tender documents.
