Address Data Cleansing for Penalty Proceedings
Address data cleansing and determination of deliverable domestic addresses for companies and their legal representatives for penalty proceedings: Cleansing of incorrect or missing address data for domestic companies; determination of names, first names, and domestic addresses of legal representatives (including liquidators) of domestic companies failing to disclose information. The address data includes street, house number, postal code, city, and any other address-relevant data to ensure successful delivery of notices according to § 335 HGB. Additionally, in specific cases, information on the opening of insolvency proceedings or the liquidation status of a company must be provided.
