Marketing Services for the University of Pécs until 2026

Marketing services for the University of Pécs: Enhancement of marketing activities, particularly through the provision of marketing appearance opportunities on various media at national sports events for men's and women's basketball. This includes the creation and popularization of fan community spaces, strengthening Pécs identity through merchandise sales, organizing fan meetings, and joint viewing of away games on local screens. The aim is to leverage the university's potential for passive sports tourists, drawing their attention to the city of Pécs and the university, thereby increasing the university's reputation and the sale of university products. Synergies between sports and tourism are to be utilized by coordinating and jointly promoting important sports events and university events. Official appearances include displaying the university's name and/or logo on team sportswear during championship, cup, and training matches (also visible during TV broadcasts), placing and displaying at least 20 seconds of advertising material on an LED wall of at least 35 linear meters x 1 meter, at least 15 times per game, at home matches of the NB I A men's and women's championship and the Hungarian Cup. Furthermore, appearances in online program guides for these home matches, the possibility of placing information flyers at the games, providing 1,000 free entry tickets for all home matches of the NKA Universitas Pécs basketball teams for students and staff, and 1,000 discounted season tickets at a unit price of 10,000 Ft for family members of students and staff. Athletes from the NKA Universitas Pécs men's and women's senior teams will actively participate in university communication/media events at least 5 times with at least two persons until December 31, 2026. Additionally, 2 hall tours are offered annually for 20 participants each, delegated by the PTE management; further items as per the tender documents.
