Construction works for the Merilä Activity Center: Alteration and basic renovation works for the sauna building (approx. 134 m²) and the sleeping module (approx. 333 m²). The entire sauna building will undergo basic renovation, and two modules of the sleeping module (2x 111 m²) will be renovated/altered. Services include the renewal of building technology systems and the installation of new geothermal heating and sewage systems. Construction is scheduled to start in week 39/2026 (21.09.2026), with completion by 31.03.2027 at the latest. The contract is awarded as a split contract at fixed prices.
