Construction works for the sauna building and sleeping module of the Merilä Activity Center, including building services works, as a split contract: Renovation and basic refurbishment of the sauna building and sleeping module, including building services renovation works and renewal of building services systems. New geothermal heating systems and sewerage systems for the buildings are also included. The sauna building is approx. 134 m², the sleeping module approx. 333 m². The entire sauna building will undergo basic refurbishment, and 2 modules (2x 111 m²) of the sleeping module will be renovated/modified. The estimated start of construction is week 39/2026 (21.9.2026), with completion by no later than 31.3.2027. The address is Pörkenäsvägen 581, 68620 JAKOBSTAD.
