File Archiving for Region Hannover

File Archiving: Packaging, pickup, and storage of approximately 3,950 linear meters of files (lever arch files and suspension files), likely 8,750 boxes, until March 31, 2028. Pickup will be from Höltystraße 17, 30171 Hannover. During the contract period, short-term retrieval of stored file boxes via transport or pickup by Region Hannover staff must be ensured. Destruction of files upon expiry of retention periods is possible. Performance period: October 6, 2026, to March 31, 2028.
