Update of Planning Documentation for the 1st Construction Phase of Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road

Update of construction, geodesic, and environmental planning documentation for the 1st construction phase of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road, on the section from Rybnicka Street in Racibórz to Pstrązka Street in Rzuchów (DW 923), with a length of approx. 10,750 m: creation of a map for design purposes, conducting industry interviews, obtaining land registry excerpts, updating the land development plan, updating the architectural and construction design for road engineering and civil engineering structures, as well as the green area development plan, updating designs for sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication networks, conducting a Road Safety Audit (BRD), preparing an application for a ZRID decision (permit for the realization of road investments), creating a cadastral map with demarcation lines, creating a map showing the road alignment with marked areas for construction objects and existing infrastructure, analyzing road connections with other public roads, determining changes in the existing land development infrastructure, obtaining opinions required by the special road act, updating property division projects, updating the traffic forecast for the entire unbuilt section of the Racibórz-Pszczyna Regional Road, conducting a nature inventory, preparing a renewed environmental impact report, preparing the executive design, preparing the project for temporary traffic organization during construction (TOR) and the project for permanent traffic organization (DOR), preparing a bill of quantities in technological arrangement for each discipline and in specification arrangement (TER), preparing technical specifications and acceptance rules for construction works, preparing an investor's cost estimate for all disciplines (detailed, simplified, and in TER form), preparing a technical design, preparing demolition designs for conflicting objects, obtaining water permits. The update includes adapting the documentation to applicable technical and construction regulations for public roads, updating or obtaining new decisions, agreements, and opinions, including current geological and mining conditions or supplementing geotechnical foundation conditions. Railway line No. 176 Racibórz-Markowice – Olza is to be treated as liquidated; its continuity does not need to be maintained. The offered ICT products, services, and processes must not include elements classified in recommendations according to Art. 33 para. 4 of the National Cybersecurity System Act as having a negative impact on state security, or whose type has been classified as high risk in a decision according to Art. 67b para. 15 of the National Cybersecurity System Act.
