Updating the Kemijokivarren Master Plan, Loue - Mattinen Sub-area: The land use situation in the area has changed; a wind farm was built in the early 2010s, partially bordering the sub-master plan area to be updated. A legally binding sub-master plan for the wind farm is attached to this tender and must be harmonized with the master plan to be updated. The plan update involves obtaining building rights for properties according to the Kantatilaperiaate. The targeted approval schedule is by the end of 2027. The goal is to increase permanent and leisure housing plots throughout the plan area, considering business opportunities, to create a flexible plan that allows permanent or leisure housing on the same plots over the largest possible area.
