Actuarial Services: Studies, consulting, financial steering assistance, and refactoring and maintenance of projection tools for all regimes managed by CNBF. The estimated total contract value is €600,000 net over its total duration. The contract includes two remuneration modes: an annual fixed part for recurrent mandatory annual actuarial studies and corrective maintenance, remunerated at a firm fixed price upon contract notification without prior purchase order; and a unit price part on purchase orders for specific and prospective ad-hoc studies (reform projects, equity analyses), complementary simulations, training, evolutionary maintenance of the tool, and major evolution or refactoring of the Excel projection tool, with a maximum amount of €300,000 net over the total contract duration.
