Adaptation of buildings 4 and 48 in the complex at ul. Poznańska for the departments of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław, using a design-and-build formula: development of a concept, design and cost documentation, and technical documentation; execution of all activities to obtain necessary permits and decisions, including studies, expert opinions, verifications, archaeological surveys, dendrological and ornithological opinions; execution of construction works according to the approved documentation; provision of author's supervision, including control of compliance with documentation, clarification of doubts, coordination of alternative solutions, control of changes, participation in technical meetings and acceptances, evaluation of material test results, opinions on material conformity, and participation in technological commissioning.
